•    24 Hours after the test results fully come out/4 applications for the same client
•    24 Hours after submitting the application in the case of no sample testing/4 applications for the same client

•    Testing Fees: Depending on the type of test.
•    (20) JDs fees for issuing a certificate for Jordanian products.
•    (5) JDs for each additional copy for Jordanian products.
•    (100) JDs fees for issuing a certificate of conformity for non-Jordanian products.
•    (20) JDs for each additional copy of non-Jordanian products.
•    (10) JDs Inspection wages for Jordanian or non-Jordanian products.
•    (10) JDs as wages for the inspector who inspects Jordanian or non- Jordanian products.

Procedures

1.    Fill out the application for a certificate of conformity in the Conformity Certificates Division and attach the required documents.

2.    If the certificate is to be given to a sample that represents itself, the applicant shall bring enough samples for test and storage, to the Conformity Certificates Division.

3.    If the certificate is to be given to a shipment, the shipment will be tested                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       by the Conformity Certification Division staff or their delegates, and enough samples will be taken for test and storage.

4.    If the product is subject to standards of its own and can be tested, it will be transferred to the relevant laboratory and the applicant is obliged to pay the test wages.

5.     If the test results conform to the product's standard, the certificate of conformity shall be issued after the applicant has paid the certificate wages.

6.    If the test results do not conform to the product's standard, the applicant will be notified in writing.

 

Required Documents

  • Certificate of origin sealed by the Chamber of Commerce (if the certificate is for the purposes of export).  
  • An export invoice sealed by the Chamber of Commerce (if the certificate is for the purposes of export).
  • Official documents depending on the product to be exported.
